This two story retail structure is about 60,000 sf of new construction. Consisting of steel framing and a composite concrete floor system, it houses both retail and parking space on the lower level. Ivany block retaining walls and a thickened slab on grade support a portion of the second floor. This building sits on standard spread footings.
