The project include three phases of a fast tract design build with two contractors for the addition of approximately 20,000 seats to the existing Navy/Marine Corps Memorial Stadium in Annapolis, Maryland with a project budget of approximately $15,000,000. The first phase include lowering the playing field about 6 feet by deigning and constructing retaining walls and field drainage systems. The second phase consisted of designing and constructing reinforced concrete sideline and end zone seating structures. The third phase included the design and construction of an elevated steel framed 30,000 square foot concourse with monumental framing for precast walls, signage, and scoreboard. Special attention was given to wind bracing, lateral loads, and heavy precast loads. Other site features included the design of steel framed concession stands high steel framed Tribute walls, and 2,500 Square Foot addition and facade renovation to an existing 4,000 square foot Pavilion structure..
